Some of the terms for commissions and adoptables are different. Please make sure of reading each of them carefully! the following rules can be applied to both:

➛ I keep the right of posting and using every artwork made by myself on social medias, websites and portifolio.➛ You're only allowed to make a commercial use of my work if it was previously accorded (i may charge more for it).

About the payment:

➛Payment can be done through paypal only.➛ In case we agreed on a hold or payment plan please make sure of stick to the scheduled payment. You're only going to get the character once its paid in full.➛ If for some reason you're unnable to comply with what was agreed please let me know as soon as possible!➛ As we understand things out of our control happens, you're only going to be blacklisted if it happens more than once or if i find out you've been doing it to others.

By buying an adopt:

➛ You're going to receive high res unwatermarked jpg and png files. They can be sent thorough google drive or any other method of your preference.➛ You're allowed to change the design as much as you want but please keep a untouched copy of the original artwork where people can see.➛ You're allowed to give the character a name, personality traits and creating stories as well as getting art made of them.➛ You're allowed to gift, trade or resell the adopt for how much as you want (as long as you let me know if its sold for more than the paid price).➛ Please always credit me for the design or inicial design while posting it on social medias.➛ If you got one of my design in a trade you're not allowed of reselling them for money unless more art was added and you're only charging what was spent on it.

Commissions T.O.S

➛ Customs produced through a commission absolutely can't be sold for more than what was charged by me.➛ Art pieces produced through a commission also absolutely can't add more value to an character than what was charged by me.➛ Same rules above are applied to art and customs adquired through art payments made by me unless the contrary was previously accorded.....This is a work in progress!
